Wrong size sent

I ordered a size seven. Never checked the shoe till now was just excited to receive it. I looked at it to ensure intact. But I’m looking at the size inside the shoe it says 8.5us that’s crazy and way too big for me. The window had closed for return and I’m highly disappointed I did not check my purchase till I wanted to wear it today

I want these sneakers and you send me a different color and I went to the store and online and you don’t have this one . I really wanted this particular sneaker sad that you send what you want when the sneaker is not available but when I order it was available in this color that is so unsatisfying

Beautiful and well made

These shoes feel great! They look high quality and feel high quality in my hands and on my feet. My husband and I wanted to match. The shoes run large heel to toe so I am exchanging for 1/2 size smaller than we normally wear. Instead of a man's 9, moving to a man's 8.5. He might have even gone to an 8 but with socks... The shoe feels snug through the arch region but not tight. A good foot fit.
