Wrong jacket sent with Missing buttons and wrong size. Macys label had size M attached to a large jacket. Jacket that was sent was 1/3 price of what we paid for. Had we not caught it and sent as gift, would have lost money. Bait and switch? Mail fraud? Poor QA at fulfillment center ? All of the above? Returned to Macys retail for refund. Will buy elsewhere Paid extra for express shipping to give on time and this caused person to not receive gift. Lesson learned

Wrong item. Damaged and appears used

Ordered medium received a large with a medium tag attached. Button missing Sleeves turned up as if previous owner tried to make shorter Will be returning after Christmas. This was a gift now we have nothing to give intended person. Paid expedite shipping. For this price would expect more from Macys. Mail order? Never again
