Disappointed

The description of this garment said that it was ‘lightweight.’ In reality this garment is a ‘windbreaker’. It’s far lighter weight than I expected. I have ‘lightweight’ garments that are far heavier than this. Yet I cannot return it because it was on sale.

EXPENSIVE UNFLATTERING WIND BREAKER

Unless you have a need for the words Polo Ralph Lauren and his insignia on your jackets, you can buy a nylon or rayon wind breaker just about anywhere for a third of the price that this one costs. This "lightweight hooded jacket" is essentially a short raincoat made of polyester and nylon, which is what the description indicates. But the description also indicates "Lined with taffeta at the front body and sleeves," only the sleeves are not lined with anything of the kind. It's not an attractive jacket, even for a simple wind breaker, and what is it with Polo Ralph Lauren's zippers? This is the second, and perhaps last, RL Polo jacket I've bought in a year with zippers that are awkward to work up or down.

Made out of total plastic but look on a picture as a material. Strange. Not a refular wind breaker but looks like.
