Poor customer service

I’d have loved to leave a better review for this jacket but the thing is I never got it! I couldn’t even track it by the provided tracking number. I’ve reached out to the customer service twice already, and all they could tell me was “wait, it’s still in transit but we can’t issue a refund because of it…” It’s 7 days late, and it’s been 5-6 days since I contacted the customer service for the first time. All other items from the same order have been delivered just fine.
