it's too big and too long. Color is not as pictured. For sizing, giving measurements of width and length will be more helpful for the customers and less returning.

Wrong Item Sent

I ordered this item in Navy and was sent a white Polo with green box and Polo Player dated 1967. When looking at Macy’s website I see the Navy is still for sale. Why send wrong item and not send explanation or reply to my email to explain or make it right?
