Never got my order are my refund and it been 8 da.

Never got my order from door dash delivery service I order the shoes on 9-11-25 and today’s is 9-16-25 and i haven’t got the shoes are my refund so after 8 days I am out my money and don’t know where the shoes are so if I were you the customer I would’ve not ordered any thing from Macy’s on line or in the store .
