Extremely disappointed

I purchased this pair of shoes in the Brown color, but the actual product looks nothing like the color shown on the website. The color is much darker—almost black—completely different from the photos online. Even under bright natural sunlight, the shoes still look far darker than advertised. What’s even more disappointing is that the brand-new shoes arrived with multiple very noticeable scratches. This is absolutely unacceptable for a new product. Extremely disappointed! I do not recommend purchasing this item.

I purchased lots of dress shoes throughout the year from many stores and brands. Polo by far has the best materials and they last longer. My one favorite pair of Polo Monk Shoes lasted me almost 4 years so having this shoe on sale is perfect. Fits and looks great
