Not Acceptable

This is how Macy’s pack and deliver my Polo Jacket. It was rolled up and taped. If I kept it, it would needed to be taken to the dry cleaner for an additional cost. Not acceptable. Return to sender. Wasn’t allowed to upload a photo.
