No coat - Charged anyway!

The day my coat was supposed to have arrived, all I recieved was the package wrapper. The package material that normally holds the contents inside had faulty seams. There was no coat inside and no receipt, just the wrapper. The post office said they have to deliver whatever the package is, contents inside or not. Macy's refuses to assist me with this matter, so now I'm out the price of the coat. Thank God, I ordered my puffer coat this winter directly from Polo and not Macy's, otherwise I'd be out the price of two coats. I still can't believe this happened to me but I now know one thing, I will NEVER shop Macy's again, EVER!

Wrong Color

Color has to be wrong. Ordered black and tags said black but the jacket is clearly navy. It’s very lightweight. Nice style but the color black is navy. I ordered a small and it fits well. The jackets sits a little past/below my waist but the sleeves and chest fit well so small is my correct size. Have to return because I need a black jacket.

issue with color mix up

This is the third time I’ve order this jacket. I ordered the first two in Polo Black and both came in color Navy even though they were marked Black on the tags. Not sure is this was an error by the Vendor Ralph Lauren or Macys. Hope the third one is correct. Other than the color issue, I liked the overall quality, style and fit. It’s a light weight jacket which suits my needs. If you’re looking for a heavy winter coat this may not be best. This is designed to be layered with other clothing. Good value overall. 👍
