Great fit and look!

Purchased this on sale and was very impressed by the fit and feel. It did arrive with frayed stitching on one of the sleeves. As there was no stock left in my size I opted to keep it and have it repaired. Ralph Lauren were kind enough to offer a partial refund. Overall very impressed with the product and the service I received.

Terrible product!!

Wow, I’ve been a Polo guy my entire life as long as I’ve been buying myself clothes! Ordered this Jacket around Black Friday last year 11/23 and never wore it until recently. The quality is terrible. Both sleeves feel empty like they have little to no filling in most areas. I can touch my fingers together through the jacket in some areas of the sleeves. So much for a $200 jacket. This has turned me off a bit from Polo! And I can’t even figure out if a return is available a few months later because it’s not showing a previous order in my account settings.
