Sad Customer with Polo and Macys

item is poorest of quality and came in all spotted. problem with shipment and when I tried to return it, it was past the time that Macy's would allow the return. Awful customer service. Tags are on it, damage is still obvious there and nothing I can do. very sad with Ralph lauren polo and macy's
