Wrong Item Sent, I Was/Still Unhappy

I ordered the above, as pictured - as you can see, the above necktie is in green and blue color combination. However, i received a necktie with “navy” tag, in blue with red stripes and “lion” (?) picture. I was going to wear it for the wedding, but that didn’t happen. I was and still not happy about it. .
