Macy’s had become bad throughout the years.

I never got it and never got my refund since June 18 th got on the phone with someone she promised she did the process until I call back on the 30 th the agent said he just processed the refund and I’m still here waiting for an email or a confirmation #.I purchased a black and a white never got the white.
