WRONG SIZE

I ordered the shoes for my husband. I want to love the shoes but I ordered a size 13 and received a size 12. I reordered them and I am hoping for the best. My rating would have been higher if not for the inconvenience.

Love these but shipped wrong size

Ordered this for a gift and received the wrong size ordered a 12 received a 9 now I gotta either I have to ship them back or return A real inconvenience
