Nice seersucker pants

They are a nice pair of pants, light weight and will be great for a hot summer day. Not to contradict other reviews, but I think the pants run small. I wear a size 36 and these feel like they would be a size 34 or less. Trying to decide if I can lose the weight, or should just return them for next size up.
