RE-TARDED ZIPPER DESIGN

Who made up the re-tarded zipper where the pull tab is hanging on by a stupid thin little crown?!?!? Barely 3 months with it and it’s gone. Stupid little metal crown fell right off. Can’t find. Nor should I have to be looking for it. Cause it should have never came off in the first place if you guys didn’t make the zipper design so stupid. Really how’d you guys mess up a zipper….. My wardrobe is like 70% Polo Ralph Lauren… First time I’m Disappointed with you guys in this cause other then that I REALLY LIKE THE SWEATER.
