About to return it

I’m just about to return this item. It was delivered in a shrink wrapped bag and was a complete crumpled mess. My husband refused to even try it on. I am not convinced that even if I washed it, those creases would come out. I think Macy’s need to review their packaging ideas.

It said soft cotton velour, but it is not soft at all. I sent it back. It is also thin.
