Problem solved

I would have given 5 stars but it took longer than normal to get being it got lost/stolen in the mail, and a new one had to be shipped out. They did research the issue for 10 days, though, and I believe that, that's a bit long while waiting on a product, but they were kind enough to send another one after the ten days elapsed.

Macy’s rewards program

Robe seems very nice. It’s a gift. Very little variety in stores these days - all stores. My main complaint about Macy’s in general, and I travel for work and do most of my shopping while on the road, is NO ONE ever asks me to put in my rewards number. This is ALL STORES ACROSS THE USA!
