Total disappointment! Poor quality

Total disappointment! I wonder how much may be product of poor quality . And it is a product with a name. The shoes were bought last year. I shod in them are only a few times. Imagine my surprise, that in the beginning, completely parted both insoles. And then, worst of all to pieces sole !!! Waste of money !!!
