Smelly return

Purchased this coat as a Christmas gift for my husband and when i opened it, it didnt have any tags on it and smelled like cologne. Not a Ralph Lauren tag or a Macy's tag. Its obvious it was returned and then sent to me. Unfortunately I had to return it as well and I purchased the same jacket somewhere else.
