RL Ski Vest

This is a beautiful jacket. Macys promised delivery before Christmas , I ordered December 15th , got email on December 17 it had shipped. I was told deliver by December 22. I get notification from UPS a delay because package was sorted wrong, no delivery until 29 December. Contacted Macys and UPS nobody would help, out of their hands. I was calling and emailing, nothing. At this point I said, stop tracking, it’s now in Gods hands. God delivered, December 24. All the stress this was for me and nobody willing to help, I was no longer excited to give this beautiful vest

SO DISAPPOINTED— Color is not black

I’ve been wearing Ralph Lauren for over 25 years. I have never been disappointed with a single product that I purchased— NOT ONE! I am very disappointed with this Vest! It’s not black— it’s more like a matte gray color. What is shown on the website is nothing like the item I received. I’m so disappointed, because I truly love Ralph Lauren vests more than any other product they make. I have over 15 Ralph Lauren puffer vests, and this is the first one going back! What a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT this is! I will be returning tomorrow! I am so frustrated with this situation!
