Worst purchase experience.

I ordered the Polo Ralph Lauren vest in green, and this has been a terrible experience from start to finish. The first item I received was clearly worn — it arrived without a Macy’s plastic bag, and the neck area had black, dirty stains. It looked like someone had already worn it and returned it. I sent it back immediately. I reordered the same vest, and the second one did arrive new and clean. However, after wearing it for just two days, the mockneck area started turning black badly with normal wear only. Unacceptable quality for a Polo Ralph Lauren product. Between receiving a used item the first time and then experiencing severe discoloration after only two days of wear, this material of vest around the neck is clearly defective. The item initially arrived with tags, which I removed the tag assuming there would be no quality issues. The discoloration became apparent only after wearing it for two days of normal wear, at which point the item became non-returnable.
