Polo hat!

I paid additonal for Farr shipping and my order says delayed ! I will not have it in time this is an Xmas gift for someone that is needed to be given on 12/22 not delivers on 12/22!!! I want a refund for the extra shipping I paid for it not delivered by the expected date!!!
