A very dissatisfied customer
I never received the gloves! One message said they were on the way and another said they were delivered over a week ago. Called customer service and they said they would send another pair. Then I see that I’m getting a credit , no phone call or explanation. Called back and I felt that this time the rep was very rude. After this experience I will never order from Macy’s again!
Great gloves!
These gloves are wonderful! Despite not being too thick, they actually manage to keep my hands warm pretty well. The material inside the gloves feels so nice and is extra soft to the touch. It fits perfectly, as expected for the size. The gloves also look fashionable, without being too flashy. The material appears to be high-quality and seems like these gloves will last for many years.

Fall/Winter Glove Staple
These gloves are great for fall and winter. They run a little larger which is preferred in my case. I got a size small, usually in women’s I am a L/XL. My husband also wears these, would typically be a men’s M/L. They are a little snug on him but fit well. The liner is nice and warm, the quilted pattern is very elegant and goes with everything. Great for driving, compatible with using your phone given the material.
