Disaster package

Hi. My oredr came on the disaster package and the box was saying floor sample. Are you serious? I didn't order that. I emailed Store manager of Bellevue with my concern but i didn't get answer from her. So definitly returning my Polo Ralph Lauren sketchers. Very bad!

Worst Experience Ever

This purchase is the worst experience I have ever had. I bought a pair of shoes size 7 M. Received a completely different used pair of shoes, yes, used and not even same style or size. So frustrated that I had to experience this after I was so excited for the new shoes and now even a return doesn’t satisfy me, I will not make up for the fact that the pair of shoes supposed to be delivered are not available withy size anymore since they were on Clearance
