Unhappy changes to old fav, old standard!

I have been wearing Large Polo Ralph Lauren low rise briefs for about 30 years. Always large, always low rise. Where underwear are concerned, I have been a happy man for 30 years. I could not find these any any local store any longer, therefore I ordered them online. I received something 'New': sizing was smaller, fit was a combination of low rise and standard rise. I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT AND THE CHANGES YOU HAVE MADE TO IT! **Fortunately, my four pack came with one XL, by mistake I guess. Hurray for serendipitous mistakes. It so happens that, in the new design, the XL actually fits. Overall, I am not happy. The fabric is prickly compared to the ones I have always worn. My guess is more synthetic fiber. Well, you asked - I told you. I will not purchase these again unless I can take them out of the package and inspect them first.

Picture is not what you get.

I like the full rise briefs that are shown in the picture but when they arrived they were lower rise that just won't work on this body.

Long time RL customer

Have worn RL Polo mens brief undrrware for many years. At first, size 36 waist, then after RL changed sizing to S,M L, XL purchased size Large. Now latest styling emphysising low cut bikini cut style, XL fits too small and too low. Why? RL lost my business. How many others?
