Not the same quality

The previous version of the Varick Slim pants were very nice. Comfortable, Stylish and sleek. Complimentary to any wardrobe. This new version is cheap. It’s twin and seems faded. Shouldn’t bare the RL name. Very disappointed. I ordered believing this was the same pant. Yes, I have several (more than 6) in varying colors. This new version missed the mark! I returned the pants. I do NOT recommend this item.

The pants are great, but the customer service I received was even better! Ash from Polo went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was very patient and gave me all the help I needed. I wish every sales person at Macy's was just like her. Disappointing

Pants run way too large, especially for a slim cut. Unfortunately, when I tried to exchange for my correct size, Macys would not honor the sale price of the pants when I purchased them, but rather chose to lose a sale for requiring full price on the exchange. Size down a couple of inches in waste and length if decide to purchase.
