Arm hole are too large

I had to return this jacket because arm holes are too big, if you raise hands the whole jacket is going up like crazy. Overall quality is ok, heavy

Super itchy

I think you need a hoody to wear this. My neck turned red after having it on for like 2 mins. Heavy but i guess that makes it warm. It seems a bit large.
