Poor quality control

The item was labeled small but it was large. I had to return. I am expecting better quality control. It was supposed to be my son’s Chris gift

A Fall and Winter Essential

A super soft and light weight sweater. I purchased this early in the Holiday season because my size (large) sold out quickly last year. This classic cable knit does not go unnoticed. It truly garners compliments. Wear it causally over a t-shirt or step it up a bit with a collared button down. A size Large is perfect for a 190 lbs, 5'11" body. I'm satisfied with the quality of this garment and plan on purchasing additional colors.

Bad Christmas Experience

Macys sent the WRONG item in the packaging for the sweater I ordered! Ruined my Christmas surprise for my partner, and I had to be on the phone for more than an hour to get a refund. Then the operator expected me to take the wrong item to the nearest Macy’s store and return it. I told them that the whole reason I ordered online was because I had no intention of going to a Macy’s store during Christmas shopping season. That person then said to me that they would send UPS to pick up the wrong item, that phone conversation happened on December 21, it is now December 31, and no one has contacted me to return the other item. I went to ralphlauren.com and purchased the sweater directly. I would not shop at Macy’s online again

Unhappy Polo shopper

Not happy with the purchase, the sweater runs very small, Will be exchanging it, not sure the XXL will fit properly. My husband wears XL and has many Polo shirts and sweaters in that size. Also there is a loose thread in the upper front.
