Never buying anything again from Macys.com

I placed an order and Macy’s charged me for an item on September 8th, created a shipping label but never shipped the item. I contacted them several times just to be played with dilatory tactics by a call center overseas. The call center rep said that I had to wait 11 days before they could start a review process that could take another 3 days and see if they could refund me for an order Macy’s never shipped. Best of luck winning the trust of your customers.
