Hoodie came w a hole where to suppose to be a security tag and when to replace , manager and employees refused to exchange product.

Xmas Present for Best Friend

My friend got it and he lives in southern Nj and the got 12 inches of snow the day before it was delivered and he loves it. Said it's soft and very warm, keeps his ears warm when he puts the hoodie up.

Kudos to Cherie

I had one of the best shopping experiences when I went to pay for a Ralph Lauren hoodie. There were two clerks available, and I heard one of them (Cherie) tell the other clerk that she was going on her break. But once Cherie saw that the other clerk had a long and difficult problem, Cherie turned to me and told me she would go ahead and help me. Cherie had to order one of my two purchases so she probably missed her break entirely. I was very grateful to Cherie as I was already exhausted.
