elastic band falters quickly

I love Polo Ralph lauren products and buy their dress shirts, Sports coats and dress pants as well as boots and dress shoes like I own some stock in the compamy, but their boxers are simply not worth the price. I have about 5 pairs and all but 1 can still be worn. All the others fall off because the elastic in them went limp
