Very disappointed. Wrongly sent item.

Very disappointed. I ordered three items and this is the one sent wrong. I ordered the polo bear cardigan in dark purple but I got a light polo logo cardigan instead. Unfortunately, my friend in US helped me to receive the items and bring to me. Sought help from live chat agent and they can only send another item or refund when I return the wrong cardigan. Unfortunately, I have to bare the delivery cost to return the cardigan. Leaving no choice but to receive the wrongly sent item. Won't shop at Macy again although I have been a frequent customer for years.
