Not for me

These are just not good. The fabric is too heavy to drape well and there is just a ton of fabric around the thighs and hips/butt. Just not a look I enjoy. I am 5’9” tall, 145 lb lean, strong athletic build with lean hips and legs and the 4 was a bit loose in the waist and very baggy everywhere else. The size 2 was still baggy everywhere and just not flattering. I like comfortable clothes, but I do not enjoy looking huge in my clothes. For my taste, the fabric would need to be much lighter weight for this cut to be flattering. Quality was good, but it’s a bad fit. Returned both.

These are not the Chinos you’re expecting!

First of all, I thought I was ordering chinos, which are a specific look, feel and fabric. What I got was a white pair of jeans. Totally not what I expected! I ordered a size down because I know Lauren’s pants run large. They were swimming on me. Just a bad experience all around.

The chinos I ordered were not the pair in the picture. The title is correct however. They run large. I have to return.

The perfect chinos

Excellent chinos with a very nice fit and a great-feeling fabric. They do run a bit large, so I recommend sizing down. Very comfortable and well made—exactly what I expect from Ralph Lauren.
