Bath 3-pc Rug Set

I purchase a rug set including toilet seat cover for our guest bathroom. It was the absolute worst quality of product I have ever received, terribly made and threads falling out. I would like to personally return this product and get a refund if possible.

I’m surprised that Macey’s would sell such an inferior product! I’ve seen better at Ocean State Job Lots, I have purchased many items on Macy’s.com and have been very happy with every purchase! This product is complete junk! When I held it up to the light you can see right through it, it is shedding all over. I purchased this as it was the color I was looking for. The lid cover doesn’t fit as it is an odd shape. I’m am very disappointed with this purchase and will not buy again with out seeing the item in person!

I bough this as I was thrilled o find burgundy color to Match paisley shower & bath set ! As well, it’s hard to find an oval contour Toilet lid cover . I too was disappointed as NOT MACYS usual quality standards ! It does shed fibers& the backing does peek through, but I worked with lid cover to stretch over and try to smooth over fibers. It annoying But for only less than thirty dollars on sale,I didn’t realize it was so cheap, so quality does match the price.I really need the burgundy color , that is hard to find . I’m going to call about refund as well because the lid cover is already tearing! I’m so annoyed because the color is perfect.and I love my curtain( so different & classy) so to have cheap rugs, sad but deep Color helps me tolerate them , I’m still looking ! The Macys buyer should know better & do better to offer more variety with reasonable quality !
