Treat yourself!!

I love this pattern. It is very beautiful and my guests always comment on how lovely the table looks when I set it with Botanic Garden dishes and serving pieces. It is also a good everyday china choice. I bought the set to expand my place settings and replace some that have been broken over the years.

Made in China Now

I have of Botanical Garden dishes purchased 25 years ago. They were made in England. The new dishes arrived today and they look very different than my original set. I see that they are now made in China and the quality of the flower detail is not as nice. It almost seems a bit blurry. I am returning them.

Love Hate mostly love

Dinner plates, salad plates, bowls- made in England. Mugs, coasters - made in China. Nothing wrong. Just felt incomplete. That's all.

Love the set

We love our set very much. Unlike some reviews, the set is made in England not in China. The coasters are made in China... not a big deal to us! There are tiny imperfections on the back of some plates, but we still love them.

Good buy when on sale!

The mixed quality of the product is readily apparent. The plates and bowls are manufactured in England and are of good quality and will last as long as they are properly cared for. The coffee mugs and the coasters are manufactured in China and are of very obvious poor quality. I gave the set a four star rating because I bought in on sale and would have been unable to get the plates and bowls for the price of the set. Still it's disappointing the Macy's decreased the quality of the set by adding poorly made products from China into the set.

One of the plates was broken in the box. So my hand was hurt. How can I change it which was broken?

I bought my set of Portmeirion Botanic Garden

I purchased my set 32 yrs ago an they are still like new. I just love them all pieces are made in England. I have seen some pieces made in China an they do not compare.
