Poor Packing for delivery

I'm very disappointed in the bleak packing of these ceramic pieces. Two items were broken during shipment. The outside box was undamaged, but the two boxes inside that box were not secured so they apparently bounced around causing breakages.

Fabulous mugs

Beautiful mugs

Lovely shape, nice weight, good size (14oz.). Goes very well with the original Botanic Garden dishes. I find that they change the style of matching mugs over time. I particularly like this style.
