This has the look of handmade pottery, very heavy and sturdy. The color is white, with a slight gray tint. I have already taken it to two parties with a large Brie wheel. Love this!

Lovely bowl

This bowl is a work of art, light weight, easy to hold on to, and a large capacity. I will be using it as a soup toureen, it will hold two Costco containers of soup, can do directly from the microwave to the table, and has a cover to keep the soup warm. Excellent product!

This is the perfect size for almost any purpose, but 1 is not enough! (get two- you'll be twice as happy!)
