Ehh

Giving it a 4 because it works. Sadly, I was thrown off that it needed batteries. The button needs to be held down and it's not sensitive so you hAve to push down and hold. I attached a photo of a cup of hot milk after 1 minutes of frothing. you can decide if it's for you or not.

macys,macys.macys, what is going on with you. seems that every single item i have got from you doesn't work. i just got it today and the frother doesn't work. YES! i put batteries on it. i heard macys is going out of busness, seems like macys haves a wearhouse full of return iteams that doesnt work and they just want to send them out to us, with the hope that some wont return it and macys just come up with some free money. macys you use to be the N*rmstroms. what happrnd to you? so diapointing
