SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Had a terrible time communicating with Macy's Customer Service. The box said there was a bonus griddle pan included, which was not in the box. It took hours. I finally gave up and returned the item. Such a shame to have gone through so much time, without satisfaction. Not the same Macy's from my younger years.

This smokeless grill is well worth the money. It's easy to take apart and clean & love the snap-off glass lid that other smokeless grills don't have. Our pork chops tonight were cooked to perfection. Glad we chose the Power XL.
