SAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Had a terrible time communicating with Macy's Customer Service. The box said there was a bonus griddle pan included, which was not in the box. It took hours. I finally gave up and returned the item. Such a shame to have gone through so much time, without satisfaction. Not the same Macy's from my younger years.
