Damaged

I was extremely disappointed with this product. It arrived completely damaged, with the lipstick smushed and mishandled before it even got to me. The tip was crushed, and the overall condition was unacceptable for something sold as new.

Macys only sends broken items

Last item I received the bronzer was completely shattered and macys would not refund without mailing back in--sadly I was on bed rest and could not send it in. Today I received a designer lipstick that came completely broken on the inside. Change your polices.

So bad

I was looking forward to receiving my order because the product has good reviews. I received my order late because it was delayed. I ordered 3 items but all three were damaged and in bad condition. So sad 😱🙁
