Poor Quality Control

I am disappointed with this purchase due to quality issues originating from the third-party vendor who sold and shipped these glasses (they were NOT sent directly from Macy's). • Damaged Packaging: The interior of the Prada presentation box was damaged. • Missing Parts: Only one arm of the sunglasses had a protective sleeve; the other was missing. • Defective Case: The biggest issue was the case itself is that the Prada logo had multiple areas where the white paint was missing/chipped. The item's accessories and presentation were not pristine, suggesting poor quality control by the third party.
