Black paint on my glasses chip off and peel off

Black paint on my new glasses chip off and peel off I am very disappointed with this product from Macy's. Unfortunately Macy's System not allow me to upload photos even I use the correct file type and size.

These sunglasses were not cheap and the lens keeps coming out and the paint has peeled off all around the glasses. Have not even worn them that much
