This heated blanket is not warm on its own. It's really only useful when on. I've had other similar products in the past that were warmer even when not on. This is a very light and silky blanket.

Poor service
Expected on dec 24 , nothing by 28th. Called to find out not available. But no contact from Macys on not being avaliable. I payed for this out of my account already but no call from Macys. Needed to call Macys to initiate my refund. Will decide if this is the way to treat your customer's in future purchases.
