This blanket doesn’t get very warm at all. Even at the discount price, it is not worth to buy.

I ordered it over two weeks ago, and I still don't have it. Customer Service said I "might" get it in 4 days. But thanks for giving me a chance to offer feedback. This glimpse of 1970s-level service was a surprise.

The blanket was 86 inches wide, but the heating section was only 36 inches! Two of us sleep in that bed! There was not enough heating section at all!

We are sincerely sorry to hear that the heating area of this blanket was so much smaller than the actual fabric size. We completely understand the frustration—when you purchase a blanket for a bed shared by two people, you expect the warmth to be shared as well. Finding that the "toasty" section is only 36 inches wide (less than half the blanket's width!) is a major letdown that defeats the purpose of buying a full or queen-sized heated blanket. We apologize for the disappointment and the cold nights this has caused you both.
You deserve a blanket that keeps everyone warm, and we want to help you with your return and finding a better alternative.
