Took a chance because it was on sale. I'm very pleased! Works great and the quality seems to be there. I've bee using it for over two weeks now and have no issues. Very soft and you can barely feel the wires. This throw has five heat settings and low seems to be a very good setting. Color is cream and the size is perfect.

Macys no longer cares about us
I’m sure this product is 100% awesome. I ordered this online to ship to a friend and so pick up 2 locally for Christmas gifts. Online the pick up confirmed it was my state OH. The receipt said Chicago went to the chat no help. I then called customer service twice no help now they say it’s been 30 minutes and we can’t cancel the order. Nothing we can do you’ll get refunded no cares where is the Christmas spirit? Where’s a good customer service the one lady in customer service repeated herself never listen to me. Told me to go online to self serve I’m like I did that before I reached out to you just didn’t listen. I will never again call Macy’s customer service. I will only shop in store. I will never shop online. This is horrible. I don’t even understand why this is even an option. Macys don’t care about us anymore!

The Christmas Present That Wasn’t
This was ordered on December 14, 2025 with a promised delivery date of December 17, 2025. This would’ve worked out perfectly for a gift exchange I had at work on December 23, 2025. When it didn’t show up on December 18, 2025, I texted with customer service and was promised a delivery on December 23, which still would’ve been too late. Today it is January 3 and it still hasn’t arrived. I was unable to cancel the order and was told I could refuse it from the delivery driver. So if I just happen to be in the driveway when UPS shows up, I can refuse the order. Absolutely ridiculous!
