Macys no longer cares about us
I’m sure this product is 100% awesome. I ordered this online to ship to a friend and so pick up 2 locally for Christmas gifts. Online the pick up confirmed it was my state OH. The receipt said Chicago went to the chat no help. I then called customer service twice no help now they say it’s been 30 minutes and we can’t cancel the order. Nothing we can do you’ll get refunded no cares where is the Christmas spirit? Where’s a good customer service the one lady in customer service repeated herself never listen to me. Told me to go online to self serve I’m like I did that before I reached out to you just didn’t listen. I will never again call Macy’s customer service. I will only shop in store. I will never shop online. This is horrible. I don’t even understand why this is even an option. Macys don’t care about us anymore!

Absolutely love this heated throw. 5 heat settings are perfect so it doesn’t jump from not warm enough to too warm. The fabric is so nice and soft plush, it feels great against your skin. Love that the heating function is removable and can use as a standard throw. The throw is also a great size.

The best heated blanket
This blanket is SO soft and warm. The waffle pattern on it is beautiful and classy! My office is always freezing and this is a game changer. I run cold anyways, and now I need another one of these for my room! It has 5 settings and on level 3 it’s perfectly toasty.

A must need for a cold winter
This heated throw blanket is something i never knew I needed. Since it's getting colder out, it's the perfect blanket for a couch or bed. We have drafty windows, and this has quickly become a nightly use for me. It heats up very fast, regardless if you're on setting 1 or 5. I love the plush waffle texture to make it look more decorative. I highly recommend picking this up if you're always cold like me. Especially since winter is coming!!

Nice and cozy
I absolutely love this heated blanket! I’m always cold, and this has been a total game changer. Love this blanket!
I love this plush Sherpa heated throw. It’s the perfect size to sit on the couch and stay warm. There are great safety features and the blanket has held up through the wash already. I really recommend this blanket.

It must have for this cozy season
I’m obsessed with this blanket. Both sides are so soft. And the warming feature has five different levels and I appreciate that because when you get too hot, you can drop back down to level one or two. Whenever I have this blanket on and plugged in my cat is also on it with me so we both love it. It gets super warm and is perfect for fall and winter. I will be using this a lot the next couple of months. One of the first days I got it I spent the entire day underneath it.
