Macy's good, product fragile.
Macy's service excellent. Easy to order. However, I have two of these blankets and both have broken. If any of the cord or blanket wires bend/break blanket needs to be serviced or thrown away. The controls show a blinking light , they turn on , but will not heat blanket if blinking.

Fabric too slippery
This blanket is very warm and soft. Heats nicely. The only problem is it’s so slippery my bedspread slides off at night. I constantly have to totally remake the bed. Sheets, blanket and bedspread. I would send back but not sure if I missed cut off date.
It's nice
It's a nice, plush and luxurious heated blanket. I really like it and it's of great quality. I'd recommend it to family and friends even tho the one half stopped working after 3 weeks. Might be able to do some troubleshooting to fix it. I hope so.

Great blanket for cold nights
I love this heated plush blanket. It is very soft and the heated part is wonderful. I turn it on 30 minutes before going to bed and it great getting into a warm bed

Didn't work properly
Unfortunately one side of the blanket wasn't functioning and there was no heat, I tried switching the controllers but still couldn't get it to function.

Beautiful, plush, and warm
This blanket is so pretty and plush. It’s hard to believe that it is an electric blanket. Before I could put it on the bed, my three kids stole it for tv watching downstairs. It’s super easy to attach the cord - it’s snaps right in. The controls are easy to use. It heats quickly and evenly. But, most of all, it’s soooooo soft.

Wonderful product
This is such a wonderful product. It fits the bed perfectly. It's easy to use and it's so soft and cozy. I get more sleep because I'm so warm and cozy at night. I recommend this to everyone. It's priced just right

Super Cozy!
I just throw this on the top of my bed like a heated throw. It is nice and big, almost covers the whole top, it is a queen and I have a king bed. I need to get the king size, but this works for when I am chilly and want to watch some TV. My toy poodle loves it too as you can see. I do like the separate controls and that they are at bottom of blanket. I would recommend this product.
