I like that you only need 2 players to be able to play this game, but no more than 4. This game is pretty simple, just fill out a scorecard, ask questions, and argue your case if you feel like your answer is correct. The questions included with this do not get that bad, not like some other games I've played, but definitely not for children. I like that it gives you the option to only play rounds 1-3 for no inappropriate questions. This game is keeper!

I played it with my family and, even though it was fun and I did learn a few new things about my family members, we're all pretty close and guessed correctly on most of the questions. This would be great for people who may not know each other as well!

I have known some of these people for years and because of this game I learned some pretty hilarious stories that would have other wise never come up. This would even be a good ice breaker game for people who don’t know each other that well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Friend or Faux has cards grouped into 5 different rounds. Round 1 and 2 cards contain questions that are probably safe in mixed company. Round 3 has a few questions that I would be uncomfortable answering in front of my parents or children. But Rounds 4 and 5 take a quick turn to the raunchy and potentially embarrassing realm. With each question, other players can “object” to/ dispute the answer given. The game comes with scorecards, which may or may not get used after the story-telling and laughing starts. Get this game to play when you’re feeling adventurous and have a group of friends who are willing to spill their guts right along with you.

There are revealing questions but the game give advice on how to play a bit more conservatively. Also if it’s too revealing just pick a new card.
