Perfect for squash

I've had this model pressure cooker for over 2 years and love it! It's great for cooking soups or stews and transporting them to potlucks. I use a vegan butternut squash curry recipe that people die for. I've tried using the same recipe with a regular stove top pot and you just can't get the flavors into the butternut squash like pressure cooking does.

Presto 01362 6 Qt Stainless Steel Pressure

Never buy this item and they are horrible. The product is not even working. They pay me the refund. They want to send the item defected and I have to pay for the postage. It is a terrible product don't buy.
