Third Party Using Macy’s Website

Did not realize that when I purchased the Presto Cooker online that it was coming from a third party. When I tried to return it to Macy’s there was no record of it. Macy’ shipped it back to 3rd party and said I would see the credit once 3rd party received it. I’m getting a message from 3rd party offering me a 25% discount. Now I don’t have the pressure cooker and I’m out $123.00. Still waiting for my credit.

I see They Changed The LID DESIGN!

I see They Changed The LID DESIGN so I am going to give this another try! But buyers beware if your thinking about buying the pressure cooker canner because that lid I was having all the problems with they are using that lid now on their canner. :(

Please note the 02141 model is a pressure COOKER, and NOT a canner. This does not have canning features and not programed to have this function. Using this as a canner will likely result in a food safety issue. Please call us directly so we can discuss this further. Major Design Flaw in the Top Lid

I usually love Presto Products , have been using them for 30 years. I had a Presto meal maker machine that I was literately using on three legs holding it up with a brick! So when I saw this item I jumped at the chance to buy it. I hadn't had it 4 months and a part broke of the lid making it unusable. I called the company and they sent me another one. I handled this thing with kid gloves and unfortunately within 6 months the same exact thing happened. but this time the part from the lid just crumbled and disintegrated in my hand! So Disappointing to say the least! I was so upset. I contemplated calling the company a second time but decided against it. Just figured I guess I will have to look for another Brand which I just did and Actually I would really prefer this Presto brand over Insta Pot but until they fix that problem with the lid, I guess I will just have to go ahead and buy a different brand.

presto 6 quart electric program pressure cooker

love this thing, the first time i used it was cooking chicken. m,y mom said my seasoning was a little off, but she says i been much better now. a little soap and water and its clean. there's lots of recipes out there so have fun. and it has a keep warm thing thats automatic so you can come back up to 4 hours later and eat and its still good.

presto pressure cooker

i ordered this for my husband, his old one was plain old, very noisy, irritating to my sinus the cajun boil he used, have to stay in my bedroom with closed doors. first time he used the presto, i didn't even know he was cooking! he loves it!!!

instant pot at a better price!

This electric pressure cooker has all the bells and whistles of the "instant pots" at a better price! The recipes in the book are very limited. I downloaded a free instant pot cookbook from Amazon and didn't need to adapt any recipes. This makes the best ribs in 25 minutes and pot roast with potatoes/carrots in 45!
