Wrong color sent

Was so looking forward to replacing an old wool throw. Finally found the correct color after looking for years. Ordered the maroon and dark green throw. Was sent a light orange color. How disappointing. The wool seemed nice but I didn’t even remove it from the package to inspect closer. Now the price is $15 higher. Probably won’t order again.

Tartan Throw

Lovely, soft texture! Using as throw on sofa or draped neatly on club chair. Love the warm, comforting colors in cream, blue and brown. Great gift or just spoil yourself!

Prince of Scots throw

I absolutely love it. Bought the burnt orange and the colors are subtle and beautiful. It is soft and warm. Purchased for a truly great price and was still a bit more than I planned on spending for a throw but well worth the money

Shipped the wrong blanket.

So disappointing. I ordered this merino wool version and was shipped a cheaper, new wool blanket. My order slip said merino wool but the blanket was not soft and said new wool. I tried to explain to the customer service agent, but since it is outsourced, she had no idea what I was talking about. I just went ahead with a return. They ship direct from the company and took a long time to get in. Also the colors are a smidge brighter in person than the photos.

I got the burnt orange plaid, the colors are rich and it’s pretty soft. I can’t wait to give it as a gift. Good value ( I got it on sale)
